Come listen to some great stories and songs. Storytime helps develop a young child's literacy skills and nurtures a love of reading.
Each week, both "Budding Bookworms" storytimes will use the same stories and the same rhymes.
You're welcome to bring your little ones to either or both. The Tuesday version will be in an enclosed meeting room in our Main Library Annex, meaning fewer distractions, and more of a challenge for little escape artists. The Wednesday version will be in the children's room, full of fun things to look at and books to check out. There are lots of early learning benefits to "repeat reading" (or reading the same book over and over), so coming both days is also a great option!
You can do it all at the Main Library. The Main Library features a robust collection on three floors, several meeting rooms for public reservation, library and community-sponsored programs for all ages, a computer and reference lab, children's room, genealogy and local history room, our Book-a-Bike program and more!
