Get a Library Card

Thank you for beginning the process of applying for a new library card! Anyone who lives, works, or attends school in Ohio may obtain a free library card. After applying for your card, you will receive a temporary ID that will allow you to place a hold on three physical items and access all of our online resources except for hoopla.

If you would like to check out physical materials or access hoopla for e-content, you will need to upgrade your card. You can do this by visiting any library location with your photo ID.

CRCPL does not charge late fines for overdue materials.  However, excessively late returns will be considered lost and you will be charged the full purchase amount of those items. Materials can be renewed online by signing into your account or by calling us at 740-702-4145.

Book Club Cards

Would you like to host your own Book Club?  Let us help!  With a Book Club Card, you can reserve multiple copies of the same title.  Once the books arrive at the library, we’ll call you and let you know they are available, and you can have your Book Club members stop by the library to check out their copies on their personal library cards.

Fill out the form below, and we will be in touch.  For related inquiries, email Enrichment Services Manager Liz Gibbons-Camp at egibbonscamp@crcpl.org.
