Join the First Capital Pride Coalition for a special evening honoring LGBTQ+ history, leadership, and legacy in recognition of America 250, the United States Semiquincentennial.
Get a chance to celebrate with the LGBTQ+ Hall of Fame, an annual gallery display at the Annex. The gallery recognizes individuals whose lives and work have helped shape, strengthen, and advance the Ross County LGBTQ+ community. Each year welcomes a new inductee who is honored for their commitment to dignity, visibility, and belonging.
The evening will begin with a reception from 6:30-7pm, followed by a formal program featuring the induction ceremony, reflections on community history, and recognition of how LGBTQ+ stories are part of the broader American story. Come enjoy music by Cody Jameson Holloway and a word from our keynote speaker, Terry Williams. Together we’ll celebrate the promise of freedom, equality, and community for generations past and those still to come.
