Calling all writers, aspiring or experienced! Join our monthly writers group to connect with fellow storytellers, sharpen your craft, and share your work in a supportive environment.

Whether you're working on a novel, memoir, short stories, poetry, or anything in between, this group offers a space to explore your voice and grow as a writer.

Each session includes a mix of writing prompts, discussion time, opportunities for feedback, and skill-building topics. Writers are welcome to bring a short piece to read or just join to listen and learn. All genres and experience levels are welcome. Participants will have the opportunity to contribute to an annual group anthology.

Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month.

The Northside Library is a wonderful place to relax and convene. It features several meeting spaces which are available for nonprofit use; an outdoor patio, shelterhouse, and children's play area; programs for all ages; and is home to our Beyond Books collection of unique items for circulation.
