Join us at the Main Library Annex and try this gentle form of exercise.
Improve overall health and well-being with the gentle practice of Tai Chi. Reduce stress and calm the mind. This class guides participants in a series of slow gentle movements and physical postures, a meditative state of mind, and controlled breathing.
The Area Agency on Aging will lead us in this 16-week class to learn the gentle practice of Tai Chi.
