What we can't help with:

There are some tech needs that go beyond the scope of library training. These are the things we can't do, although we can provide information about where to find these services elsewhere in the community:

• We are not a repair shop, and cannot repair equipment.
• We cannot visit patron homes and help set up networks, printers, or any other hardware.
• We cannot handle your personal information during a training session. We can show you where to type your personal information (when applying for services online, banking, etc.), but we can't do that for you.
• While we can help you learn how to use resume software and navigate online job boards, we are not career counselors and cannot give career advice.
• While we can help you find Ohio-specific legal forms, we cannot give legal advice.
