Pest Control Request for Proposal

Return to the library by March 13, 2026

Please provide your best proposal for the following Pest Control Services. All work may be completed during regular business hours. Quotes will be accepted for all 6 locations as a group. Please provide workers' compensation certificate and current copy of liability insurance. 

  • Pest Control services: Provide regular pest control treatments for common pests, including but not limited to rodents, ants, cockroaches, and spiders.
    • Interior spraying once per quarter.
    • Exterior spraying twice per year.
  • Reporting: Provide detailed reports after each visit, including findings, treatments applied, and any recommendations for additional actions.
  • Prevention Services: Provide recommendations for pest-proofing the buildings to prevent future infestations.
  • Emergency Services: Availability for urgent pest control services outside of regular schedule.

Howard S. Young Branch: 167 W. Springfield St., Frankfort

Kingston Branch: 29 N. Main St., Kingston

Richmond Dale Branch: 770 Main St., Richmond Dale
