Celebrate Youth Art Month by creating circle art inspired by the work of Wassily Kandinsky.

Youth Art Month is observed every March to emphasize the value of art education and encourage support for quality school art programs. This year's theme is "The World Needs More Art." We support that idea with this program recognizing how important art is to children.
