Learning this hands-only technique will help prepare you to help in case you witness a cardiac arrest. This class does not provide CPR certification, but it can provide peace of mind.

According to a study published by the American Heart Association, any kind of CPR can double the odds of surviving a cardiac arrest compared with receiving no CPR before emergency services arrive.

The tools and training material used in this class was provided through a grant by the American Heart Association.
