Learn about mindful foraging in our area with a local naturalist.

Join James Mann, forager and chef, Owner of Spicebush Woodcraft and Foraging, as we explore the world of edible mushrooms of Ohio! In this workshop, we will learn about the big four edible mushrooms of Ohio, where to find them, how to harvest them, and how to cook them!

James Grew up in southern Ohio and has been a forager for most of his life. He has also been a chef in Columbus and abroad for over 10 years! 

Space is limited, registration is required.

The Main Library features a robust collection on three floors, several meeting rooms for public reservation, library and community-sponsored programs for all ages, a computer and reference lab, children's room, genealogy and local history room, our Book-a-Bike program and more!
